About ME

I bring over 25 years of international HR and Leadership Development experience in global transformational leadership roles as HR Executive, Consultant, Facilitator and Coach.

The first phase of my career journey took me into global HR executive roles in various large multinationals in the food, pharmaceutical, and high-tech industries. I had a pivotal role in guiding organizations through complex, global change processes, such as: the creation and implementation of a multi-vendor, multi-location, global outsourcing of services, the acceleration of the build-up of a research facility in China, the recreation of a global HR organization – changing the HR agenda from HR process-orientation to business orientation, and the creation and facilitation of a global leadership transformational change program with executive management teams across the globe to enable the desired culture change.

Throughout all these experiences, I became passionate about empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to excel in their leadership journeys.

Over the past ten years at KennedyFitch, I have worked as an executive coach, consultant, and facilitator, with leaders and teams across the globe in all kinds of sectors and organizations, from small and local to large and global and from public to corporate.

I am fascinated by exploring, unfolding and understanding the interaction between the dynamics in the organization in its context, and what happens within: within the individual or within the dynamics of a team which might lead to unproductive patterns of behavior. I have built a deep expertise in taking a psycho-dynamic-systemic approach to leadership development and team and organizational culture challenges.

As a Partner, I can help you with all strategic leadership development challenges on individual, team, and organizational levels. My experience as psychodynamic-systemic executive coach lies in supporting board-level executives to navigate through challenging, transformative times in their roles and organizations, enabling them to significantly enlarge their positive business and industry impact.

As a designer and facilitator of transformational leadership development approaches, including design and delivery of several global leadership development programs for various multinational organizations, I support clients to enable transformational, organization-wide cultural change.

My key strength is to build trusted relationships quickly. This mutual trust enables my clients and me to engage in joint explorations, unfolding what was hard to grasp in a particular working context and co-create constructive and practical ways forward.
