About ME

With over 30 years of professional experience, I have had the privilege to operate in diverse industries like FMCG, Banking, IT, and Pharma. I have gained experience in mid-sized and global multi-national organizations. My first profession was in IT, mainly focusing on data analytics. 22 years ago, I moved into HR and grew my second career. My roles ranged from being a project manager, an HR Business Partner, finally culminating into being the Group Head of HR.

My red thread is Change and Transformation, ranging from small to large scale changes. I have implemented new operating models, navigated mergers and build up new business entities. In my last roles, as member of the management board and working with BoD, I learned how powerful a truly purpose-driven company can become, delivering outstanding business results with inspired employees and loyal customers. Discovering the purpose, defining a compelling vision, and building consistent business strategies is the first step.

Secondly, building the right culture, developing inspiring leaders, and creating positive momentum for change unlocks the magic of organizations. Truly from purpose to impact! Now, in my role as a Management Consultant, I offer these experiences and capabilities to our customers, enjoying the impact such transformations deliver.
