I have had the privilege of establishing and scaling HR functions from the ground up, driving organizational growth, and navigating complex business environments. My experience includes leading the HR function for a biotech startup and guiding the company through rapid expansion and a successful IPO. Throughout my career, I have consistently aligned people strategies with evolving business goals, ensuring that human capital plays a central role in driving organizational success.
