About ME
I have been a Partner at KennedyFitch for 10 years, working on international executive search projects for highly innovative companies. Throughout my rich experience in Search, I became a sparring partner for top management with high demands and ambitious High Potentials. For talented professionals, I am a sparring partner in Career Dialogues, and for my clients, I offer highly specialized and tailored assistance, for which I receive many compliments. As a true Search Specialist, I am identifying excellent professionals in a wide range of international business areas, with an emphasis on the Industrial and Technology segment. My expertise is predominantly in global operating (manufacturing) companies and their subsidiaries – involving the entire Supply Chain: from Strategy to Implementation in the disciplines of Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, Marketing & Sales, Smart Manufacturing/Digital Transformation to Information Technology (IT & OT).
Both clients and candidates benefit from my honesty, my highly dedicated approach and consulting skills on talent management and management development. I take pride in my personal relations and am constantly building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
