About ME

After 20 years of working as an international HR executive with deep global organizational knowledge and excellent transformational change facilitation skills, I started as a Partner and Coach with KennedyFitch in 2015. My experience in HR varies from functional leadership roles in Talent Management, OD, Learning as well as Post Merger Integration and as Strategic HR Leader for 5000 people worldwide. Throughout my career, I have been fascinated and engaged with the development of people either at organizational, team or individual level. I have been building a proven track record in guiding transformations in Talent Management and Post Merger Integration as well as in Leadership Development. In my role, I benefit from the experiences I had in designing and delivering People Strategies, Leadership Development programs, Talent Development Centres, Team Effectiveness programs as well as being an Executive Coach. I bring interpersonal sensitivity and knowledge gained through experience as an HR transformational leader, facilitator, and coach as well as in training programs in various methods and theories. The red thread of how I helped clients during my 10 years of KennedyFitch can be summarized as follows:

As a Partner, I can help you by acting as a trusted advisor and sparring partner regarding strategic people topics as well as leadership and team matters. As a talent and leadership developer, I co-create interventions to build future-proof performance as a result of changes in mindset and behaviors. As a team coach, I guide teams to the essence of challenges they face leading to a shift in underlying beliefs, mindsets, patterns, and behaviors. As a personal Executive Coach, I can support you in your leadership effectiveness as well as with your career choices.
