About ME

I bring 15 years of international HR experience spanning industries such as Pharma, Chemical Manufacturing, B2B, and Consumer Goods. My professional journey, which includes time living and working in the USA, Spain, the Netherlands, and Italy, has cultivated a robust international perspective and deep understanding of cultural dynamics.

My career began in Learning and Development and progressed through roles in HR Business Partnering and HR Management, ultimately focusing on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. I have been actively involved in numerous reorganization and transformation projects, fostering strong relationships with business leaders to drive change and enhance employee outcomes. In collaboration with leadership, I have developed operating models to boost team performance and organizational efficiency, supported by effective communication strategies and learning initiatives.

In Executive Search, my primary focus has been within the Industrial and Pharmanceutical sectors along with a selected group of clients in the Consumer Goods industry. I mainly recruit senior specialist roles and middle management positions across Sales and Marketing and support functions including HR, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Looking back on my journey, I find the greatest fulfillment in projects where I have helped individuals and organizations move closer to their goals and aspirations. Creating positive impact, for me, is about aligning values with actions.
