“I am based between Switzerland and the Netherlands and am active in our global HEALTH Practice. I support clients across Pharma, Generics and Biosimilars as well as PE backed start-and scale-up in biotech.
Next to that I am working in the Family Business Practice, where long-lasting connections with clients have been fundamental to become a trusted advisor to family companies, where I work with the family entrepreneurs and their teams, where we jointly aim, by bringing the right leaders on board, at driving major growth and make unique contributions to societies. Within both practises, I bring deep expertise recruiting for both senior leadership roles as well as for the high potentials succeeding them.
Prior to co-founding KennedyFitch, I was the Founder of Spouse Career Centre in Switzerland working for the top 100 international Swiss based headquarters. Previously I worked at Egon Zehnder. I lived in Austria, the UK, Germany and the Netherlands before moving to Switzerland in 2001. I am a career coach at IMD Lausanne and HSG St Gallen, next to being an Assessor at the Swiss Study Association.”
